1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are between you and WiamLabs for WiamArena on Telegram (@WiamSportsBot) and the pages we host.

If you do not agree, do not use the bot, channels, or affiliate desk. Our Privacy Policy is part of this agreement.

2. The service

WiamArena provides football intelligence. In public it means:

• Free Channel — a daily sheet of match winner + confidence (five matches). May be complimentary or a smaller monthly Telegram Stars fee.
• VIP Channel — full prediction cards. Usually a paid monthly Telegram Stars subscription. WiamLabs may run complimentary periods and may raise or lower the price.
• Affiliate — tracked links; promoters are paid in prediction cards, not money.

3. Eligibility

• You must be 18+, or older if your country sets a higher age for gambling-related content.
• You must use your own Telegram account. Impersonation is forbidden.
• You must follow the laws that apply to you, including betting and advertising laws.
• We may refuse or restrict the service where we believe it would be unlawful.

4. Channels

4.1 Free Channel

The Free Channel may be offered without a monthly fee, or as a paid Telegram Stars subscription at a lower price than VIP. WiamLabs may switch it from complimentary to paid (and back). When it is complimentary, you may join without Stars and we will not remove you at period-end solely for non-payment. When it is paid, the then-current Stars price is shown in Telegram before you pay; if you do not pay or renew, access ends.

4.2 VIP Channel

VIP is usually a paid Telegram Stars subscription. WiamLabs may run complimentary access periods. Complimentary access does not lock in a future free price. When paid mode is on, Telegram enforces who can join. We may use the bot as administrator to issue unique daily invite links and to moderate.

VIP content is licensed to you only while your subscription is active. You may not screenshot and resell it, run a forwarding channel of our cards, or present it as a guaranteed betting service.

5. VIP and Telegram Stars

• The price is shown in Telegram before you pay. WiamLabs may raise or lower the Stars price for VIP and, when it is paid, for the Free Channel. New and renewing subscribers pay the current price Telegram shows — not an old price.
• Billing, renewal, and cancellation run through Telegram (and Apple or Google if you pay in their apps).
• We do not store your card number.
• Refunds follow Telegram / app-store rules. Ask them first for Stars and billing. Ask us if you paid but did not receive channel access.
• During a complimentary (“open”) period we do not charge a monthly Stars fee and we do not remove you at month-end for non-payment. When we switch that channel to paid mode, unpaid access can be removed at the end of the period.
• We can remove access for breach of these Terms even if Telegram still shows a subscription; in that case contact support.

6. Affiliate programme

If you open Affiliate in the bot:

• You receive two unique earning links (Free and VIP) for the current Ghana day.
• Only joins through those links count. The public Free/VIP buttons on Start do not pay you.
• Pay is prediction cards sent to your bot chat at 18:00 Ghana time, from the high-confidence pool. Quiet days keep the debt. The same fixture is never sent twice to you.
• There is no cash, bank, mobile-money, or Stars payout from this programme.
• You cannot credit your own join. WiamLabs team Telegram IDs never earn.
• You are not an employee, partner, or agent of WiamLabs. You must not claim we guarantee income.
• You must promote honestly: 18+, not “fixed”, not “risk-free”. We may revoke unused links and close the desk for abuse.

7. Predictions

Picks are statistical opinions produced before kickoff. Football is uncertain. We do not guarantee results, profit, or that every card will be sent on a given day.

Where we show a track record, it is historical transparency, not a promise of future returns. We do not alter a published pick after kickoff to improve that record.

8. Private workspace

Internal tools (fixtures, live scores, prediction cards, track record, studio, private console) are for people WiamLabs has added to the sports team. Access is a licence, not a public right. Team members must not leak workspace output, tokens, or operator screens.

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or resell our picks or cards
• Attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
• Probe the bot for internal commands if you are not on the team
• Create fake joins, circular referrals, or multiple accounts to farm cards
• Promote illegal gambling, match-fixing, or investment scams using our name
• Harass staff or other members in channels

We may block Telegram IDs, revoke invite links, and remove channel access.

10. Intellectual property

WiamArena, WiamLabs, card designs, copy, and model output are owned by WiamLabs or licensors. You get a limited, personal licence to view content in Telegram for your own use. Club and league marks belong to their owners and appear for identification only.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop by leaving the channels and blocking the bot. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms. Affiliate debt already earned in cards remains payable unless the join was fraudulent. Licence sections (IP, liability, predictions) survive.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WiamLabs is not liable for:

• Betting losses or any financial decision you make using our picks
• Errors or delays in third-party football data or in Telegram
• Downtime, missed cards, or a quiet affiliate day
• Indirect or consequential loss

If we are liable despite this, our total liability is limited to the Stars you paid for VIP in the three (3) months before the claim, or zero if you only used Free or Affiliate.

Nothing excludes liability that Ghanaian law does not allow us to exclude (including fraud).

13. Privacy

See the Privacy Policy. Telegram also processes your account under its own terms.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update is acceptance. We may also post a notice in the bot or channels for material changes.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law in your country cannot be waived.
